The house is electrically heated which is included in
the price. One bag of logs for the woodburner will also
be included (you may purchase additional wood locally
or from the caretaker). Linen and towels can be
provided at £8 per person (not for use outside the
house). Please request at time of booking.

- Nov -Dec 08 = £260-£320
Bookings are normally with a Saturday changeover -
other days may be accommodated by negotiation. The
key will be available from 4pm on arrival. Please
vacate by 10am on day of departure.
Extras: Baby/toddler equipment can be provided
including cot, high/low chair, babybath, stairgate.
Please bring your own cot-linen.
Linen is available at £9 per person.
Pets: you may bring one well-behaved dog which must
be kept downstairs and off the furniture!(£40 extra per
week). Please provide your own pooperscoop and bags.
